It’s been a decade but I feel rough,
Like it was yesterday,
We were just kids chasing their dreams,
Did you really want to live the way,
We talked so much about,
I should have read between your lines,
Right time, wrong face,
Big dreams, fake ace,
You seemed cool on the surface,
You lied to us, you lied to us like a rug,
You played us, you played us way too much,
The storm finally hit the stage,
And you’re the one who made it rain,
I remember when friendship was not just a word,
When we wanted to leave this town,
With nothing but picks and guitar strings as travel bags,
Water has flowed under the bridge,
But I still sing the first song we ever wrote sometimes,
You lied to us, you lied to us like a rug
You played us, you played us way too much,
The storm finally hit the stage,
And you’re the one who made it rain,
I can’t hide how i feel about you inside,
I swear i tried to forget the snake you are.

Maiden Street (DEMO)

Driving fast,
The music’s loud,
Bein' right on time,
Singing high,
The sun is low,
For the party after the show,
Boiling minds,
Twenty miles away,
From a well known place,
One left turn,
Speeding up,
We’re almost there,
Leather jackets,
Grey skinny jeans,
The city is a jungle and we feel like kings,
Nothing really matters until the end of the night,
Maiden street, we love your light up signs,
Here we are,
Playing a laughing symphony,
Coloring life,
Feeling fine,
Glasses are empty,
In the corner of the club my friend is getting high,
Veins full of whisky,
He’s the life of the party,
Dancing tight,
5 to 9,
Usual week-end,
Loving so hard,
Burning so bright,
All around girls are smiling they look like queens,
Can someone stop the clock ?
It’s almost closing time,
Maiden street, the lights still shine,
Here we are,
Playing a laughing symphony,
Coloring life,
Feeling fine,
Glasses are empty,
In the corner of the club my friend is getting high,
Veins full of whisky,
He’s the life of the party,
Lighting cigarets,
Shouting from the rooftops,
Drinking way to much,
As if the world had stopped,
Walking on quicksand,
Talking about how much it sucks to be grown men
And now...
Doors are closed,
We are on cloud nine but it’s time...
To head back home,
See you next time,
The city’s still asleep,
Everything feels fine.

Neverland (DEMO)

He’s not a kid anymore,
He likes to act like a man,
In front of his friends he laughs, he smiles,
They call him Prince Charming,
He's got a brand new car,
Wears a 3 piece suit,
He used to joke about…
…Changing his name,
Learning to surf,
And moving away,
Neverland,
Something screams in his head,
He’s sore, he’s torn appart,
He’s stuck between his thoughts and the way he acts,
No one seems to understand,
He’s not alone on sunday night,
Liquor is his Valentine,
He’s not been sober for months,
He finds comfort near jack,
Keep asking himself how he get here,
His life’s falling apart,
As days go by,
He never gets some rest,
Wanna give up the fight,
He begs for help when he’s asleep,
But doesn’t speak when the sun comes up,
Something screams in his head,
He’s sore, he’s torn apart,
He’s stuck between his thoughts and the way he acts,
No one seems to understand,
He’s not alone on sunday night,
Liquor is his valentine,
There’s a letter under his bed,
He never had the courage to send it to his old mom,
It says he’s trapped in his body,
Wondering if he can learn to love these chains ?
